Upon request, we offer official medical invitation letters to facilitate your medical visa application process. Our team guides you and your attendants on travel documentation and requirements.
2. Outpatient Appointment & Registration
Booking Appointments:
You can book an appointment through our international patient coordinator via phone, or email. Walk-in registrations are also welcome.
Confirmation & Guidance:
After booking, our team will confirm your appointment and provide further instructions tailored to your medical needs.
Arrival for Consultation:
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early. The OPD reception will direct you to the appropriate department, and assistance is available to escort you, if needed.
3. Admission & Inpatient Stay
Admission Scheduling:
Your hospital admission will be scheduled in advance in collaboration with your coordinator. You will receive details on what to expect and what to bring.
Day of Admission:
Report directly to the admissions office on the ground floor to complete formalities. Our staff will then accompany you to your assigned room or department.
For Surgical Patients:
If you are scheduled for surgery, please ensure an empty stomach after midnight prior to the procedure. You can drink plain water up to one hour before most surgeries.
4. Documentation Checklist
When coming for admission, please bring:
Valid personal identification (passport, Aadhaar card, or ID)
Medical visa and passport copies
Health insurance card (if applicable)
Referral letters and previous medical records (including diagnostics, laboratory results, X-rays, etc.)
5. Visitor Guidelines
Visitors should comply with established visiting hours for patient comfort and safety.
